Terms & Conditions
When you book with Delivero Logistics, you agree to the following terms:
- Complete Service at Dispatch: Once your vehicle is assigned and dispatched to a carrier through Central Dispatch, our service is officially underway.
- Free Cancellations Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order without any penalty prior to dispatch by emailing daniel@alldayautotransport.com.
- Non-Refundable Fees: If you cancel after dispatch or provide inaccurate information, the loading fee is non-refundable unless the carrier cancels the shipment.
- No Charge-Backs After Dispatch: Any charge-back initiated after a carrier has been dispatched will be considered a violation of this agreement.
- Damage Claims: Vehicle damages during transport are covered by the carrier’s insurance. Personal belongings inside the vehicle are not insured.
- Item Weight Limit: Customers may ship up to 75 lbs. of personal items inside the vehicle; any additional weight could result in extra charges from the carrier.
- No Date Guarantees: Pickup and delivery dates are estimated and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or mechanical problems.

Rate Adjustments: Cash-on-delivery rates may vary according to the carrier’s market rates at the time of pickup.
Liability Limits: Our liability is limited to the amount of the loading fee charged. - Jurisdiction: Any legal proceedings must be brought exclusively in Broward County, Florida.
